If additional booklets are required, a limited supply may be available through distribution by submitting a requisition. When creating the requisition, do a "Facts for Parents" search and it will automatically upload the information. You can also arrange for printing and cover the associated costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Every parent/family is required to receive a printed version of Facts for Parents at the beginning of the new school year. Please make sure to order enough handbooks to meet this requirement. Completed forms are due by May 20, 2022.
